It’s that time of year to again sit and remember the blessings we have experienced this last year.
Isaac is now 15 months. He is still crawling but is very excited to be part of all that is taking place in our home. He is a happy little guy and such a joy to be with. He is really good at signing “more.”
Kimball is now three and officially potty trained during the day! Yea! He loves Lighting McQueen and can’t wait to go see him in Disneyland . He wants to go to school like his brother and sister and always asks when he gets to start. He is very animated when he speaks and so fun to be around. He makes us smile.
Hanna just turned five and is loving pre-school. She is just starting to read. She is a very big helper and is always willing to offer a hand when anyone needs help. She loves to play princesses and luckily her brothers love to dress up as the villains. She loves to draw and imagine. She is very creative.
Packer is almost seven and loving 1st grade. He has worked really hard this school year and has already received 9—100%’s on his spelling tests. He has been reading like crazy and has advanced three reading levels since school started. He really loves math and enjoys learning. He played soccer this year. He also got the Van Gogh Award at school for a really great chalk drawing he made. He’s a real tease to his siblings, but we all enjoy being around him in spite of it. Packer can always be found playing with legos.
Rich is now thirty one. He is still with Interwest Construction and has had a good year with them. He is currently working on a bank in Salt Lake , a ballpark in Vernal, and bus maintenance garage in Duchesne, and he also worked on a remodel at the Provo City Hall . Along with all of my honey-do lists—he’s been very busy this year, He is still 2nd counselor in the Young Men’s Presidency and enjoying his time with the boys and camping. Rich is still involved politically as the precinct chair. He joins with all of America praying for Obama See Psalms 109:8
I, Lisa, am older than Rich and loving being home and busy with the kids. I have been volunteering each week in Packer’s class and have enjoyed getting to know his friends and watch him at school. I am still the Activities Committee Chair and gearing up for our big Christmas party. I am part of a book club and have enjoyed reading a variety of books this year. And just recently I have started back at swimming. We’ll be expecting a new little one in July.
As in years past, we have again been very blessed. We are very grateful for your love and friendship and pray that God may grant many blessing to each of you. Merry Christmas!
Love, The Evans Family
