May 7th

Today we started the day going to Mt. Carmel this is the location where Isiah called upon God to prove to 450 priests of Baal, who was the true God. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Carmel, http://scriptures.lds.org/en/1_kgs/18


Next we went to the beautiful city of Caesarea situated right off the Mediterranean Sea. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caesarea This is the city where Paul converted the first Roman named Cornelius. http://scriptures.lds.org/en/acts/10 We even took a dip in the Mediterranean Sea.

We spent the rest of the day driving to Jerusalem where we will stay for the next few nights. We even saw a few Israeli tanks along the way.
